Processing Times

The estimated average delivery time for products is 5 to 15 business days, with the possibility of variations in the deadline by the Post Office, the Federal Revenue and possible problems with strikes by the Post Office, in addition to other factors beyond our control.

All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 3 working days, which can be followed from departure from the country of origin to arrival at your home.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 15 days of posting, or even less.

If the order is 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
