Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Any product not in its original condition or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@flohrhouse.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No Refund, Exchange or Return in Following Cases

  • If the variant you received aligns with the variant you originally selected while placing your order.
  • If do not like the design on the arrival of the product, since the product design is clearly visible from multiples angles on the product page.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll be happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
